Hello my name is Loida Claudio and I would like to welcome you to my website. I'm a Realtor® for CENTURY 21
Visions Realty which means, I'm a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. A Realtor® is
committed to treat all parties to a transaction honestly. Realtor® subscribe to a strict code of ethics and are
expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.
My philosophy is simple; I disclose what I know and try to be as informative as I can. I work hard for my
clients. My business depends on satisfied customer and referrals. My clients refer their friends and family to
me. If your happy, I'm happy.
Born and raised in New Jersey I always had the passion of helping people. Being a Realtor® enables me to
help people with one of their biggest investments. I enjoy working with and for my clients. Many former clients
that are now good friends of mine. Being able to speak both English and Spanish gives me an advantage. I'm
active in the community, PTO and PTSO member, West Milford Highlanders basketball booster club, yearly
active participate of the West Milford Relay For Life, West Milford Clean Up Day, Century 21 Annual Children
Charity Golf event, West Milford Autumn Lights, Century 21 Christmas Toys for Tots, and a supporter of our
local PAL. Helping and donating time to my community is very important to me, my company and my family.
I moved to West Milford 10 years ago with my husband of 19 years and our two boys. We are very active in
sports, which West Milford has much to offer. West Milford is a wonderful town to start your life, raise a
family, and in the later years retire.
